SNAPSHOT/TSC alerts tells your AS/400:

How to react:

User defined problem. Eg CPU usage utilization too high

Who to tell:

The Operator, Tech. Support and/or Management

How to tell them:

Audible beep, wave file, voice message or pager (country dependent) SNAPSHOT/TSC Active System and MSGQ Alerts have user defined levels to ensure effective system management.

Level 1	The Operator
Level 2	The Operator again, then Tech Support
Level 3	Tech Support and Management

In the event the problem rectifies itself, (e.g. after three samples) all those alerted are automatically informed within that priority level.
